The Workcafé deliberately creates a different setting: Not a traditional canteen, not a break room - but an open meeting place that effortlessly combines concentrated work, spontaneous meetings and social interaction. With flexible furniture, a zoned room structure and a harmonised atmosphere, it promotes personal responsibility, exchange and movement in the hybrid office environment. Not intended as a counter-design to work - but as an integrative part of it.

While traditional break rooms primarily offer relaxation, the work café combines functionality with added social value - and thus strengthens the culture within the company.
A well-planned work café does not need an area "on top", but thinks differently about zones: transition areas, central areas or connection points can be intelligently redesigned. What is important is a conscious design that differs from the classic workplace - without detaching itself from it.
It reduces thresholds, enables informal dialogue - and turns spontaneous encounters into a resource. Decisions become shorter, connections stronger, ideas more visible. A place is created for teams that not only provides space, but also creates relationships.
